Hunting, Fishing, & Recreational Properties for Sale

Shasta Land Services, Inc., is a full-service firm offering real estate and chattel appraisal, real estate brokerage, real estate management, and mortgage brokerage for agricultural farm and ranch land and recreational hunting and fishing properties in northern California. Our offices are located in beautiful Redding, California, but our service area extends to southern Oregon and western Nevada, as well as northern California.

Bill Wright established Shasta Land Services in 1987.  As ranchers and hunters ourselves, we draw on our extensive experience to service our clients. For almost 30 years, we’ve been successfully connecting buyers and sellers. Many banks, government entities, law firms, accounting firms, and private individuals come to us for our expert appraisal services. We have the necessary equipment–ATVs, four-wheel drive vehicles, and horses–to inspect all areas of a ranch, including hard-to-reach or remote areas. Additionally, we provide consulting and management services for 40,000 acres and counting!

Our expertise reaches beyond appraising, buying, selling, and managing. We’ve successfully helped a number of clients secure long-term real estate, livestock purchase, and operational funding. We also support important conservation efforts by assisting many clients with securing conservation easements, including WRP (Wetlands Reserve Program) easements.  As one of the few firms in northern California that provides this service, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients.

Shasta Land Services is your one-stop connection for all real estate services pertaining to ranching and hunting lands northern California, southern Oregon, and western Nevada. Contact us today to find out how we can help you reach your objectives!
