LOCATION: The ranch is located near the small Shasta County community of Cottonwood. From I-5 you take Gas Point Rd east to Balls Ferry Rd, then going north on Balls Ferry Rd about a mile turn right on Adobe Rd. The ranch is located about a mile down Adobe Rd. on the right side.
